Improved Customer Service Levels At Parkview!!!!!
The results are in from the last Sparkling service reports and both East Street and Mercury Point stores received 100%. This is a marked increase on the previous results, showing all the hard work carried out to improve service levels is paying off! Before you ask we are still waiting on the results for our Frobisher House store, but I’m sure this will be a hard act to follow!!! So a big well done to all the staff in these stores!!!
FREE Saints Carling Cup Tickets!!!
Yes that right this week Parkview Retail Ltd gave three lucky customers the chance to win a pair of Saints Carling Cup draw tickets. We teamed up with Carling to offer this fantastic prize to all our Southampton Customers. Firstly a big thank to everyone who took part in this competition, i have to say we were all a little surprised just how many customers entered the prize draw. Unfortunately like all good things the competition had to end ….. So well done to Mr Ratcliffe, Mr Kennett and Mr Singh enjoy the game!!!

Mercury Point has just had a free to use cash machine installed which is available 24 hours a day. All bank/link cards are accepted for cash withdrawals as well as balance enquiries. This has taken 12 months of planning and we hope you find it of use.

Frobisher House has recently had a self service DVD rental machine installed in conjunction with Movie Booth, where new releases can be hired without the need for membership and the first rental is free. All subsequent rentals cost £2.00, half the price of Blockbuster!
